Homemade chicken tikka chasni
This is my healthy slant on the classic.
- garam masala
- onion seeds
- tikka masala
- chilli (cause some like it hot)
- grated coconut
- brown rice.
- Cook the onions in a little oil until they turn translucent.
- Start rice cooking.
- Add the chicken and all the herbs.
- Cook the chicken stirring more or less constantly.
- add milk and coconut.
- Allow to thicken.
- Serve on brown rice.
